The first step in choosing an officiant is by sending over an inquiry! The best way to start a conversation is via email at heartfelton@gmail.com
Please include:
+ your name & pronouns
+ceremony date/location
+type of service you are interested in
+any other helpful information.
Please allow 24 hours for a response time. Regardless of availability, you'll receive a emailed response. If available and able to assist, the next step will be to set up a meeting in person or via Facetime/Zoom/Google Meet. If it's a good match and the energy is right, a 50% non-refundable retainer will be required to secure the event day, as well as a signed contract.

When choosing an officiant for your elopement, wedding, or vow renewal, make sure to meet them via Facetime, Zoom, or in person before signing a contract. It's important to choose an officiant you feel comfortable opening up with emotionally and sharing space with, as your officiant will be standing close to you on the big day.
We are all in the wedding industry to capture your love story the best way we are able to. That means, there's an officiant for everyone (just like finding someone to marry)! We all want to help you, and we each bring our unique personalities, energy, and strengths to the table!
Wedding officiants are in the business of feelings. Our "product" is the ceremony- something you'll experience and feel. The ceremony is the reason why you've brought everyone together (or run off to an amazing adventure elopement). So have fun creating a ceremony with your officiant that reflect who you are as a couple. Let it be your anchor in the midst of the wedding planning, as it is the truest "why" moment of your entire day.
And with choosing wedding vendors (in general): Find vendors you trust and connect with (you'll be spending many hours together)... and your day will be amazing!
